Villa Katalina is a delightful 3 bedroom villa that sleeps 6 (can sleep eight via a bed settee). Located in the rural village of Page Del humo on the outskirts of Chicalana del la frontera, Villa Katalina is just a 10 minute drive from a selection of beautiful beaches, golf courses, salt flats, national parks and an abundance of water sport locations as well as being ideally situated for visiting the beautiful cities of Cadiz (20 minutes) and Jerez (30 minutes).
The Villa is set in 5002 of enclosed (7ft wall) mature gardens with grape vine, Pomegranate, olive, grapefruit, lemon and huge palm trees. The house has a large conservatory entrance come dining area with traditional Andalusian tiling. The lounge and bedroom area are air conditioned, and the villa also has a spacious fitted kitchen, with all modern appliances, a traditional bathroom comprising of toilet, bidet, shower and small bath.
For those who wish to enjoy the traditional Spanish past time of eating Tapas whilst enjoying the local beverages, you will be pleased to know that the villa is only a couple of minutes walk from a very Andalucian vente (bar) with another 5 being less than a mile away, each offering there own unique culinary and cultural experience! The village also has it’s own small, sell everything, shop that stays open well into the evening on most days.
